Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Providing training and coaching to team members. Role modelling outstanding guest service. Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling. Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience. Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability. ### Qualifications Experience in retail or hospitality. Experience or ability to train, coach, and mentor crew members.
