Amphenol Corporation, a member of the Fortune 500 (NYSE: APH), was established in 1932 and has pioneered innovation in electronics for nearly a century across virtually every end market. ### ABOUT THE ROLE In your role as Project Manager for Amphenol NovaSensor you will be responsible for planning and managing new product and customer development projects from conception to product launch and play an important role in the growth of our business. ### WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead projects from business award through start of production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. - Direct and coordinate cross-functional, cross-site, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful product launches. - Develop, execute, and adapt project plans, allocating resources, assigning responsibilities, and managing day-to-day project operations. - Apply CPO, NPI, and APQP methodologies, preparing and delivering tollgate reviews for business leadership and ensuring all project documentation is complete, current, and properly archived. - Manage project financials, including budgets, expenses, investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, leading team and customer meetings, managing scope and change control, and escalating or resolving issues that impact project performance.
