Join us as: Senior Technical Operator (Multiple Roles) At Amgen Breda, medicines are assembled, labeled, packed, stored, and shipped to countries around the world. Every day, more than 1,000 colleagues from over 40 nationalities contribute to supply chain operations, manufacturing, marketing and sales of our medicines, and clinical research into new therapies. LIVE What you will do As a Senior Technical Operator for automated lines, you play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of highly automated assembly, Labeling & Packing production systems within a GMP-regulated environment.

You act as the technical expert on the line, supporting both operational excellence and team capability.

In this role, you will:
- Operate, monitor, and optimize automated production equipment
- Perform set-ups and change-overs
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 5WHY)
- Identify and escalate deviations where required in collaboration with quality and maintenance and support triage activities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first point of contact for technical escalations
- Analyze and interpret process data using SAP/MES systems
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Support, coach and train team members, strengthening overall line capability
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all production activities WIN What we expect from you You combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability and a continuous improvement mindset.

### MBO+ or equivalent technical education Minimum
- 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments
- Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or trainer Advanced troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
