Through our capabilities and expertise, which include learning & development, knowledge management, and the Amgen Library, we orchestrate tailored learning experiences that drive personal and organizational growth, empowering our teams to deliver on Amgen’s mission to serve patients around the world. The AIN Learning Delivery Lead provides site leadership for Amgen R&D/OCMO’s Learning Delivery Center of Excellence in India. This role manages a team responsible for executing onboarding, logistics, content operations, and learning delivery activities that support R&D and OCMO functions globally. The Sr. Manager ensures delivery excellence, adherence to SLAs, and integration with global learning strategies defined by Learning Business Partners and Learning Professionals.
