## Job description

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager owns the design and execution of global marketing programs driving pipeline and revenue across CAMECA’s product’s portfolio.

### Main Responsibilities
- Owns pipeline generation
- Build and execute marketing programs that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Designs high-impact global programs
- Translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns across key applications and segments
- Drive adoption of advanced analytical instruments used by leading semiconductor, materials science, and research lab
- Drives commercial alignment
- Act as a key interface between marketing, sales, and product to foster programs convert into business Measures & optimizes performance Own KPIs, budget, and program performance to continuously improve the funnel
- Lead execution globally
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure consistent deployment across regions Requirements

### Education & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, B2B, Deep tech University education degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Biological Sciences
- 6+ years in B2B marketing or program management Professional knowledge & abilities
- Proven ability to drive pipeline or revenue impact
- Strong project management in complex environments Experience in scientific / technical industries would be an asset
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools Travel area: international (up to 20%) About the Business Unit CAMECA is a world leader in the design and manufacture of scientific instruments for elemental and isotopic microanalysis.
