We design advanced, high-reliability, aircraft power distribution systems. While we are laser focused on quality and reliability, we strive to maintain a culture that promotes creativity, innovation, comradery, and fun! ### Key Requirements Develops software and firmware source code in C/C++, Embedded C, and other languages. Designs, develops, documents, tests, debugs, and implements embedded software and systems. Technical knowledge of common communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, USB, UART, and others. Utilizes version control, simulation, debugging, and other development tools. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to read electronic schematics. Positive, can-do attitude. Great communication, teamwork and documentation skills. Collaborates cross functionally with hardware engineers. Provides engineering support for testing, deployment, and updates. ### Additional preferred skills/experience Airborne software development experience using DO-178C. Requirements capture using DOORS. Experience developing support applications using C/C++, or C#.NET with Visual Studio. Microsoft Excel development experience using VBA. Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
