## Job description

### Main Responsibilities

Cooperation in the supply management team and support of the team at headquarters in Kleve by assisting with tasks including Preparation of requests for quotations and purchasing-related evaluations Material planning Timely and cost-effective procurement of goods Commissioning of services Contract management Processing order confirmations Appointment tracking
- Review of invoices Consistent optimization of merchandise management key figures Data maintenance Position Requirements: Completed commercial or technical training (associate degree) At least
- 3 years of professional experience in purchasing Good written and spoken German and English skills, business fluent Good user knwoledge of MS Office products Confident an professional manner
