## Job description

### Responsibilities

Responsible for the procurement, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure
- Serves as the first level of support for IT-related issues across multiple business units Logs, analyzes, and resolves IT support tickets
- Maintains records and resolves hardware and software issues
- Coordinates and communicates with all relevant stakeholders
- Escalates issues to higher support levels when necessary
- Provides support and maintenance for all industrial computers connected to production lines
- Documents all issues and support activities through the ticketing system in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Administers Windows servers and client environments, Active Directory, File Server, Exchange Server, and SQL/MySQL databases
- Performs daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, server resources, systems, and critical processes; reviews system and application logs; verifies the completion of scheduled tasks, including data backups Regularly monitors system security to identify potential risks and security breaches
- Conducts periodic system performance assessments to support capacity planning activities
- Maintains and supports all telephone and mobile devices
- Provides technical advice and guidance as required
- Maintains all technical documentation related to hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure
- Ensures the quality of work performed, including accuracy, precision, clarity, and timeliness Position Requirements: Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.

The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on department objectives and deliverables Fluent in English
