The Great American Software Lab is seeking a DevOps Developer Inter for summer 2027. ### Responsibilities Deliver new features and maintain Surveyor related products which help with our developer experience, code quality and technical debt. Surveyor is a portal for gathering / tracking and reporting technical debt across the GAIG porftolio Utilize AI to improve software quality, performance and delivery time Requirements: Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week. ### Education Pursuing a degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related 2028 or 2029 graduation year Experience/skills: Tech stack: Python, scripting, java, kotlin. Ability to dive into a large polyglot codebase and contribute as you learn. Being okay with the uncomfortable feeling that comes from learning new things. Interest in exploring new programming paradigms, languages, and patterns. Demonstrable ability to research problems and break them into discrete parts.
