As a FDG analyst, you will be part of a growing team of data management professionals focused on providing world class data management and data governance solutions. You will partner closely with Finance Technology Transformation, Enterprise Data Governance, Controllership, Risk, and other teams to drive data governance and data quality within Finance. The FDG analyst is a collaborator, a well-organized, action-oriented team player with strong time management skills, confident in presenting, facilitating, and building a network of strong relationships across our organization. ## Responsibilities Finance Data Governance in compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy ensuring the appropriate accountability model and processes for data asset management, metadata management, data quality, and issue resolution. Support all aspects of Data Governance for assigned Regulatory Reports, including data activation steps, compliance with data standards and privacy regulations. Support strategic improvements to data assessment process and making necessary enhancements to data analytical and data quality tools. Lead root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and support in remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback Support development, validation, and maintenance of business glossary, data integration, data lineage, and data management activities ## Qualifications Solid understanding and prior experience with Regulatory Reports, including FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 series, or FR 2052a preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Controllership strongly preferred. Strong relationship skills and communication is essential as this analyst will partner with multiple groups e.g., Business process owners, Technologies, and Enterprise Data Governance. Self-motivated and proactive, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently. Strong excel and other technical skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collect business requirements and use them to guide implementation of a technical solution. Prior experience with implementation of data governance and data quality programs is preferred.
