## Job description
- This is Disability Hiring position. It will be required to provide the Certification for Person with Disability at the interview process.
- This is a fixed-term contractor position. For International Card Services (ICS), supplier payments are one of the most important business growth strategies. SME Account Development plays a critical role in achieving this business strategy.

This position is responsible for administrative and support tasks related to SME Account Development.

## Responsibilities

### Administrative and support tasks for SME Account Development

Initial handling of inbound customer phone calls Data entry, management, and processing Preparation and management of documents Other ad-hoc tasks

## Qualifications

Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Excel skills such as experience with pivot tables and functions are preferred) Business-level typing speed
- Strong communication skills Accuracy in processing tasks while adhering to relevant laws and internal policies Team player
- Strong sense of responsibility to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and operational rules
- Ability to analyze tasks, improve processes, and solve problems Native Level of Japanese language
