It is not a back-office credit analysis role. As a Corporate Client Specialist, you will manage credit cases by speaking directly with Corporate Card Members & Program Admin through inbound, outbound calls and emails. You will analyze credit situations, negotiate appropriate solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service while protecting American Express from credit risk. This is a customer-facing role and is not a back-office credit processing position. ## Responsibilities Handle inbound, outbound calls and emails from our Corporate Clients whose accounts are flagged as credit cases to be worked on by team members Negotiate with Card members or Client companies to determine the best course of action and gain agreement for both short and long-term solutions. ## Qualifications Fluent in English (written and spoken), Cantonese and Mandarin for Singapore and Hong Kong markets. Fresh graduates with strong customer service exposure are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, including handling inbound and/or outbound calls, are also welcome. Experience in a call center, hospitality, retail, or sales environment will be an advantage. Exposure to credit, risk, collections, or other related financial services operations is an advantage. Experience supporting premium or corporate clients, preferably across ANZ, Singapore, and Hong Kong markets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
