## Job description
- This is Disability Hiring position. It will be required to provide the Certification for Person with Disability at the interview process.
- This is a fixed-term contractor position. This position is responsible for providing general back-office support for the Travel & Concierge Experience division.

## Responsibilities

Provide general back-office and administrative support for the Travel & Concierge Experience Division, including: Preparing and emailing documents related to receipts, invoices, and reservations Sending, receiving, and sorting mail and packages Communicating with vendors by phone Assisting with various administrative and operational tasks

## Qualifications

Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and with attention to detail Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Native-level Japanese proficiency, both written and spoken
