## Job description
- This is a fixed term contract position.

American Express has recently launched a new in-house massage room and is seeking a Senior Health Keeper to lead, coach, and support a team of Health Keepers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

## Responsibilities

Operate and manage the massage room, including reservation management and laundering hand towels (approximately 10 towels per month). Order and manage supplies and equipment. Support internal communications, including company-wide announcements and communications.

### Support Health Keeper team members, including

Shift scheduling Coaching and guidance Time and attendance entry Assistance with internal administrative procedures Supporting or providing backup massage treatments when needed Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

## Qualifications

Previous experience as a team leader Ability to commute to the office daily and work on-site Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Native level of Japanese language

### Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing or operating a massage room National certification as an Anma Massage and Shiatsu Practitioner Experience as a Health Keeper and/or providing Anma Massage and Shiatsu treatments English language proficiency (preferred but not required)
