This position will act as a subject matter expert, influencing organizational strategy and best practices. ### Job Description What You'll Do: Strategic Plan Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for Supply Chain process improvements based on root cause analysis of gaps, aligning initiatives with corporate objectives and measuring their impact on overall performance. ### Collaboration with Leadership Work closely with senior leadership to ensure Supply Chain operations align with organizational goals and strategic roadmaps, providing insights on market trends and best practices. ### Mentorship and Development Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Supply Chain staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the team. ### Industry Benchmarking Conduct benchmarking with industry peers to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership. ### Executive Presentations Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership on Supply Chain initiatives, demonstrating the value and impact of proposed changes. ### What We're Looking For Education requirements are listed below: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent as defined in experience requirements. ### Work Experience requirement listed below Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on process improvement and leadership roles, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. ### Other - Must have strong analytical and presentation skills to convey detailed analysis into a high-level discussion format - Demonstrates strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges - Ability to lead teams in a matrixed organization, across geographic and functional reporting lines. Ability to strengthen relationships with key business partners and executives. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
