- You will be on the front line of driving change in the industry to bring customers more modern and rewarding ways to shop, book and fly on AA

### What you'll do
- Partner with corporate or agency accounts to develop outcomes to benefit the customers of American Airlines when they fly
- Analyzes customer needs through both online and in-person meetings with agency or corporate partners
- Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate field and staff departments
- Prepares correspondence, proposals and presentations to support retailing activity
- Communicates updates on AA products and services as needed

All you'll need for success

### Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years experience working in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams

### Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- ​Airline or business to business sales experience

### Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- ​Ability to operate in a highly competitive, demanding environment
- Ability to communicate to high level executives
- Strong account strategy development and execution skills required
- Understanding of modern retailing approaches and strategies
- Understanding of modern airline distribution technology such as NDC, online booking tools, GDSs
