A1 Bulgaria is looking for a Roaming Specialist to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.

Your daily routine would include: Test validation and troubleshooting of roaming services for new partners. Support the establishment of new roaming partnerships. Update and validate roaming charges for all existing partners. Management, monitoring and analysis of the roaming Data Clearing process. Resolve roaming service complaints and provide support to Billing, Revenue Assurance and Fraud departments. Streamline and automate daily tasks.

We’ll know you can make it if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Ability to work independently. A can‑do mindset. Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel); Тelecom billing systems knowledge is a plus. Fluent English.
