## Job description

What you do Providing day-to-day support for end user requests related to desktop software/hardware, telecom, and video conferencing
- Troubleshoot of equipment Preparation of new user desktops and laptop devices Handling maintenance of hardware and software What you offer
- Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Present a professional demeanor and be comfortable working with people from all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
