## Job description

If you find it interesting to: Deep dive into large and complex datasets to uncover insights
- Take ownership of the quality and reliability of the data you deliver
- Work confidently with high volumes of data across multiple sources
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, reporting experts, and end users across the organization
- Analyze business needs, create BI solutions, and support decision-making with actionable, user-focused insights
- Provide impactful reports and visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to drive business improvements Constantly challenge the status quo, seeking new ways to optimize, streamline, and innovate Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value – always keeping the end user in mind
- Develop and refine your analytical thinking in a dynamic environment Approach your work with a consulting mindset, focused on solving real business problems If you have: Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI development Advanced proficiency in SQL (must-have) Professional experience with Power BI (must-have) High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior management
