We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Expert to design, manage, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework ensuring accurate configuration data, governance, service mapping, and alignment with ITSM/ITOM best practices. In this role you will drive CMDB governance, discovery, service mapping, integrations, and data quality initiatives while supporting ITSM and ITOM processes. Your daily routine would include: Lead CSDM adoption and alignment across business and IT services Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB architecture & data model. Design and optimize ServiceNow discovery. Define CI classification, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules. Jointly work with business units on service mapping & adoption of CSDM concept by the organization. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service owners to ensure CMDB data accuracy. Drive automation to improve configuration data accuracy and operational efficiency. We’ll know you can make it if you have: Several years of project experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE). Deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and experience in service classification & mapping. deep expertise in SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HAM, SAM, TNI). knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, databases, and applications. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service-oriented architecture. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent documentation and communication skills, particularly within ServiceNow tools such as the Knowledge Base. ### Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
