We act as contact person for our business customers and ensure timely and efficient delivery by monitoring and coordinating with internal and external service partners/suppliers for a timely, customer-oriented and economic realization.

Your daily routine would include: Processing customer orders, collecting missing data and submitting the order in our ordering systems. Ensuring the timely realization of the orders through coordination, monitoring and proactive customer contact (mostly per mail, but also per phone). Operating a proactive information and communication management towards customers, vendors, partners and internal organizational units. Coordinating requests and escalations and document them in our CRM and ordering systems.

We’ll know you can make it if you have: Good communication skills in German (spoken and written B1, B2). The customer in focus, but you always have the interests of the company in mind. Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications. Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, you also understand complex contexts quickly. Knowledge of the current technologies in the telecommunication business.
