A supportive, fun, and inspiring place to work. ### Job Overview As a Mobile Voice Core Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for the operation, maintenance, integration, and development of core telecommunications network elements supporting voice services. You will contribute to the availability, quality, and reliability of voice services while working with modern mobile core technologies, internal engineering teams, and external technology partners. ### Role insights Operating, maintaining, and supporting mobile voice core network elements and related services. Ensuring the technical readiness, testing, acceptance, and commissioning of core network equipment and services. Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting voice core-related infrastructure and services. Working closely with equipment vendors and service providers to ensure effective support and maintenance. Contributing ideas and recommendations for network and process optimization. Supporting incident management activities and participating in on-call support when required. Working with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve technical issues. Supporting the implementation of new technologies and services within the mobile voice core environment. Contributing to network availability, reliability, and performance improvements. Participating in planned maintenance activities and technical initiatives related to the voice core environment. ### What makes you unique Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or a related technical role. Good understanding of telecommunications core network architecture and functionality. Knowledge of telecom standards, signaling protocols, and technologies. Familiarity with GSM, UMTS, LTE, and VoLTE/IMS environments. Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. High level of responsibility, reliability, and integrity. Customer and service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Fluent written and spoken English. ### Nice to Have Experience with mobile core networks and voice service platforms will be considered an advantage.
