RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES, including but not limited to: - Manage plant document control - Manage plant training program - Training of employees on quality systems or documents as needed - Manage pest control program - Manage audit and inspections - Manage corrective action database - Assist with customer complaint initial responses. - Trained internal auditor - Participation in customer audits - Participate in root cause / QRQC events - Assist with custom Certificates of Conformance - Support mock drills and other testing - Manage Support regulatory requests - Complete customer surveys - Back up Quality Supervisor as needed - Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements.
