You will lead machine line operations, including changeovers, start-ups, running, and shutdown, while prioritizing safety and compliance with specifications. ### Schedule Shift 12-hour, 2-2-3 Nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m Days 7:00am - 7:00 p.m. ### Compensation & Benefits Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay: $23-$29/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What you’ll do: Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shutdown. Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety. Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification. Work with and direct the assistants to minimize job change-over and down time. Train and direct the assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties. Performs basic operator preventative maintenance to machines and/or tools. ### What We Want From You Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
