In this role, you will safely operate printing press equipment, maintain product quality, and ensure all customer specifications and production requirements are met. ### What You'll Do - Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities - Lead all aspects of press operation including setup, changeovers, startup, operation, and shutdown - Support continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing initiatives - Run jobs according to customer specifications, manufacturing standards, print specifications, and operating procedures - Complete production, quality, and job documentation accurately and completely - Work with and direct Press Assistants and Pit Crew members to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Train Press Assistants and support their development through established training programs - Support product safety and quality requirements - Participate in 5S, WCM, and cross-training initiatives - Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Must Have Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience - Ability to perform quality checks and interpret results to make machine adjustments Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software and systems Math, measurement, and reading skills - Ability to perform detailed visual inspections using measurement devices Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
