In this role, you will bridge the gap between station operations, fulfillment processes, and last mile delivery — ensuring that upstream workflows are optimized to support delivery timeliness, order quality, and SLA compliance. As an owner of the NA Grocery delivery process, you will identify and track KPIs across the end-to-end delivery pipeline, surface gaps where upstream process breakdowns drive downstream delivery defects, and work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions. This includes owning the identification of virtual-physical mismatches that create delivery failures, monitoring order damage and quality metrics, and driving accountability for key SLA compliance across partner teams. You will ideate, create, design, and drive completion of deliverables that structurally improve the connection between upstream operations and delivery outcomes. ### Key job responsibilities - Define and maintain the metrics framework that connects upstream process performance to NA Grocery delivery outcomes. - Serve as the delivery team's single-threaded POC for upstream operations partners, building relationships and driving alignment across teams. - Build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into upstream process health and escalate emerging risks. - Drive deliverables end-to-end — from scoping and design through execution and sustained performance tracking. ## At a glance - Posted by the employer: Sep 22, 2026 - First seen by OpenNash: Oct 11, 2026 - Last checked: Oct 18, 2026 - Listed for: 26 days - Location: US, WA, Seattle[Apply on Amazon’s careers site →](https://www.amazon.jobs/en/jobs/10556629/program-manager-delivery-quality-na-grocery-delivery) ## More jobs at Amazon ### [Aerospace Transformation Business Dev leader, Auto & Manufacturing Industry Specialists and Solutions](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/amazon/jobs/9bb1202cc6665595b1c3/) US, WA, Seattle ### [Battery/Charging Engineer, Prime Air Drone Fleet & Production](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/amazon/jobs/1224f101cd0831947dbd/) US, WA, Seattle ### [Business Development - Auto&Manufacturing, Auto & Manufacturing Industry Specialists](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/amazon/jobs/37aee3a341cbc3e095fd/) US, WA, Seattle ### [Event Producer, Event Productions, Event Productions](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/amazon/jobs/3b76636adf1833f55b26/) US, WA, Seattle ### [Manager, Quality Assurance, Prime Video Ads](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/amazon/jobs/e8107b13118f0fdbc364/) US, WA, Seattle ## Similar jobs at other companies ### [Director, Sikorsky Program Quality and Supplier Quality](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lockheed-martin/jobs/f9ff6111b26830f0dc86/) Lockheed Martin · Stratford, CT ### [Principal Quality Engineer - Program Quality](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/bae-systems/jobs/6859a98ca965a70c31cd/) BAE Systems · Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States ### [Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lockheed-martin/jobs/50604a741b98311dcc2a/) Lockheed Martin · Gilbert, AZ ### [Program Delivery Coordinator, Expressions](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/jones-lang-lasalle/jobs/be0e35b1f34ee078d50a/) Jones Lang LaSalle · Bellevue, WA ### [Program Delivery Coordinator – Amazon Meetings and Events](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/jones-lang-lasalle/jobs/ad375e8cfdd1deb6f870/) Jones Lang LaSalle · Seattle, WA [Jobs in Seattle, WA](/locations/us/wa/seattle/)[Jobs in Washington](/locations/us-wa/)[Manufacturing & Production jobs](/functions/manufacturing-production/) OpenNash lists jobs from employers’ own careers sites and does not handle applications.
