In this role, you will own the vision from concept to physical operations. You will not only be responsible for defining the infrastructure engineering standards and delivering robust design packages, but you will also be tasked with hiring and building the internal team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to act as both an infrastructure engineering leader and a seasoned design and Construction leader in an advanced setting. ### Key job responsibilities - Organizational Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team of civil, structural, and architectural engineers and construction managers capable of scaling with the project. - End-to-End Design and Execution Ownership: Lead the concept-to-completion lifecycle for the civil, structural, and architectural scopes for new facilities. - Design Package Delivery: Own the creation, review, and execution of comprehensive design packages. Seamlessly transition these packages from the engineering phase into physical construction, ensuring strict adherence to design intent. - Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate deeply with internal teams and external trades.
