With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. Amazon Flex's Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Litigation Risk Manager to join our Critical Operations function. Our team ensures that enforcement actions taken against delivery partners are fair, defensible, and well-documented — and when those decisions are contested through legal channels, we investigate thoroughly. As a Litigation Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing legal disputes arising from delivery partner enforcement actions. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into contested offboarding decisions, developing disposition recommendations for legal proceedings, and serving as a subject matter witness when required.
