If this sounds exciting to you, please read on. ### About the role The Prime Video & Studios Research Services team is looking for a Research Operations Manager to join our operations team supporting customer-focused primary research across global markets. You'll be part of the engine that makes research happen, owning the technical execution of surveys from programming through to deployment, managing panel operations, and helping build AI-powered tools that automate our reporting workflows. You will partner closely with Consumer Insights researchers, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure research is fielded on time, to spec, and at the highest quality. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, has a passion for research methodology, and wants to be at the intersection of research and technology.
