Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video. Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Business Affairs Coordinator on the Business Affairs (BA) movies team where you will help Amazon MGM Studios deliver innovative content. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented candidate to join our team in Culver City, California — someone who is excited about the intersection of complex deal-making and data analysis within the entertainment industry. In this role, you will manage approval and payments schedules on film projects and support administrative duties as needed. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex contractual and business data into clear, actionable insights. You're someone who can independently manage competing priorities, respond with urgency when it counts, and consistently deliver results with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with entertainment industry agreements including deal terms, structures, and dynamics that drive the business — whether from an agency, production company, studio, or network. You know how to move fast without sacrificing accuracy, and you're energized by high-volume, high-stakes work that demands both analytical rigor and sound judgment.
