The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Pricing Manager to join our Pricing team. ### Key job responsibilities As a Pricing Manager for NA DSP, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across MX and BR. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in LATAM and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions. As a Senior Pricing Manager in the DSP organization, you will deliver long-term impactful solutions for our DSPs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.
