In this role, you'll own and shape the strategic direction for how millions of customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with content through delightful in-app experiences that drive deeper engagement and retention. You'll obsess over key output metrics — hours of engagement and frequency of return visits — while feeling empowered to explore what resonates with customers across diverse viewing situations. You'll develop a deep understanding of customer sentiment and behavior, then translate those insights into experiences that surprise and delight. You'll be highly informed by data but apply high judgment to create a balanced perspective — looking beyond what's available in the data today to anticipate unmet needs and unlock new value for customers.
