## Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as an Account Manager to grow the 3P marketplace in EG.

We are seeking a results-oriented, Account Manager – Softlines to manage Existing Accounts, to drive the growth, operational excellence, and long-term success of our top fashion partners. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling established brand partnerships, expanding selection, optimizing seller performance, and driving key business metrics across the Softlines category.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business partners, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize partner growth while ensuring operational efficiency across inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.

Key job responsibilities

### Account Strategy

1- Manage and scale a portfolio of Softlines accounts.

2- Develop tailored business plans for key accounts, focusing on top-line growth and selection expansion.

3- Identify high-potential selection gaps, trending product categories, and seasonal demand opportunities.

4- Conduct regular business reviews with key brand executives to align on performance, inventory, and joint growth initiatives.

### Commercial Optimization

1- Partner with accounts to optimize pricing strategies, promotional participation, and marketing campaign performance.

2- Analyze key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.

3- Enhance catalog quality to improve product discoverability and buyer conversion.

### Inventory Management

1- Guide accounts on inventory forecasting, inbound planning, and fulfillment channel optimization.

2- Monitor supply chain health metrics, including inventory out-of-stock rates and inbound compliance.

3- Work cross-functionally with different teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline seller workflows.

### Brand Advocacy

1- Build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with executive leadership, commercial directors, and e-commerce managers at brand partner organizations.

2- Serve as the primary internal advocate for account needs.

3- Educate accounts on platform updates, tools, and marketplace best practices.
