Within OTS, the Supply Chain organization ensures Amazon operations sites receive the technology equipment they need—on time, every time. Our flagship Rapid Asset Deployment site, RAD1, is the nerve center for IT asset lifecycle management, supporting Amazon's operational network at scale. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on Process Assistant (PA) to join our Janus Operations team at RAD1 in Antioch, Tennessee. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly support the flow of critical IT assets through inbound receiving, prep, picking, packing, shipping, and PIT operations—ensuring Amazon's sites stay equipped and operational. ### Role Overview As a Process Assistant, you are the connective tissue between our Associates and Area Managers. You'll lead from the floor—coaching, training, and driving daily execution across one or more departments within Janus Operations.
