## Job description

Are you energized by solving complex problems that span multiple teams and geographies? Do you thrive when turning ambiguity into clear plans that deliver measurable results? Amazon is looking for a Program Manager III to own and drive cross-functional programs that have meaningful impact on our customers and business. In this role, you will define program strategy, set objectives, and coordinate across organizations to deliver outcomes at scale.

You will use data to inform decisions, identify risks before they become roadblocks, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels. If you are a collaborative, resourceful, and analytical program manager who is motivated by working on challenging initiatives, we want to hear from you.

### Key job responsibilities

- Define and manage the lifecycle of cross-functional programs, including mission, vision, objectives, and measurable success criteria, while driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.

- Analyze data and key metrics to identify trends, surface risks, and inform program decisions that improve efficiency and deliver quantifiable business results.

- Lead stakeholder discussions to align priorities, resolve conflicting perspectives, and make crisp trade-off decisions that keep programs on track.

- Write clear program narratives and status communications, presenting progress, trade-offs, and recommendations to directors and senior leaders.

- Identify process improvements and reduce dependencies across teams, streamlining execution and removing barriers that slow delivery or impact the customer experience.

### Key Deliverables

Own Building Requirement Specification for all sites.

Own incremental throughput per site over different planning cycles and reviews.

Own IB capacity and OB capacity utilization.

Own ops cost FC.

### A day in the life

You will start your morning reviewing program metrics and adjusting priorities based on the latest data. Throughout the day, you will partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to remove blockers and drive decisions. You will draft program documents, prepare updates for leadership, and mentor fellow program managers. Expect to navigate ambiguity regularly, balancing long-term strategy with the tactical work needed to keep initiatives moving forward.

### About the team

Our team is focused on delivering programs that improve the experience for Amazon customers worldwide. We work across organizational boundaries, partnering with product, technology, and operations teams to solve problems that matter at scale. We value clear thinking, collaboration, and a willingness to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better outcomes. This is a great opportunity to join a group where your contributions will be visible and your growth as a program leader will be supported.
