This pivotal role will drive the development of next-generation manufacturing facilities, delivering efficiency in manufacturing at scale. ### Key job responsibilities Provide production of design drawings, presentation, and digital models in support of design teams Overseeing drawings and deliverables for Permit/Construction, including plans, sections, details, schedules, layouts, calculations, and specifications for projects of various sizes and complexity Build and lead the architectural team to execute all aspects of the design process Oversee the complete design process, guiding concept evaluations and final decisions that result in fully developed construction drawings ready for permitting and construction Address RFIs and resolve design changes during construction Collaborate with external Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms throughout bid and project execution phases to verify that all designs and specifications align with our Engineering Standards. Lead and support both internal teams and third-party engineers to maintain project quality and compliance. Proactively share project requirements, updates, and status with both internal and external teams to keep everyone aligned. Guide and develop junior engineers through hands-on mentorship and professional growth opportunities. Deliver comprehensive updates on design concepts and project progress during structured milestone reviews at the 30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC stages, engaging stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment and transparency.
