If so, Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Carrier Manager responsible for the program management of border crossing operations, enabling the access of products from US Fulfillment to our customers in Mexico. The ideal candidate is able to drive 3P carrier performance for warehouse, sorting, imports, and transportation processes. The role is expected to drive continuous improvement and design operations that guarantee quality, speed, and cost to serve for our customers. Candidates for this role must be able to influence without authority while also driving 3P alignment to Amazon performance standards. This role is accountable for weekly and monthly business reviews for carrier performance. Candidate must also be able to influence internal stakeholders to drive end to end supply chain alignment considering complexities in border crossing operation. The ideal candidate is decisive and able to make decisions at critical times and whilst under pressure. You must be able to lead a carrier operation, be sensitive to the needs of customer, peers, and stakeholders, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
