Our Commercial Sales Internship Program offers a structured roadmap of in-depth learning and hands-on practice across AWS services and solution selling, preparing you for a future Sales role while you deliver long-term impact through a real business project. As you build customer-readiness, the role becomes partly external-facing, giving you real exposure to customers. This paid internship gives you the chance to take on a real business project, developed in a team connected to Amazon Global Sales. You'll work with a range of stakeholders across AWS, making a tangible impact and building and innovating in the Amazonian way. Throughout, you'll be supported by our EMEA internship community, working in agile teams with access to mentoring, learning, and shadowing opportunities. The successful candidate will be interested in a career in cloud technology, demonstrating learning agility, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to think strategically while remaining adaptable to new challenges and technologies that drive and grow AWS footprint with our customers. ### A day in the life Learn about the AWS solution portfolio (including earning certifications like the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified AI Practitioner) and the Amazon culture, with strong focus on AI services and innovative cloud solutions - Rotation assignments across different business units and teams, collaborating with various team members to innovate - Work within agile methodologies to deliver impactful business projects - Build an understanding of customer challenges, requirements, and the potential value that can be delivered by AWS - Differentiate and understand various IT roles and responsibilities in modern AI-first organizations If you're insatiably curious and eager to learn, then you've come to the right place. If successful and selected by the hiring team, you'll be invited for a first virtual interview. If you progress through this stage, you'll then be invited for a final round of interviews consisting of a combination of interviews and case studies, focusing on our Leadership Principles and your ability to work in Agile, innovative environments.
