The Graphics Coordinator should be capable of assigning and prioritizing daily projects from initial request through delivery in a time-critical manner. This position requires a detail-oriented person to make sure that the project is completed quickly and efficiently with a high standard of quality. This role requires excellent organization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing and executing on tasks that have an impact across multiple teams, including our customers – sports fans across the globe. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and is expected to work with multiple internal stakeholders in support of developing scalable processes. The Graphics Coordinator will provide assistance to the Head of Creative Services, Sr. Creative Services Manager and Sr. Creative Producers, supporting agendas, planning, tracking and ad hoc project coordination to ensure delivery is executed at a high bar.
