We are looking for proven Data Center Technology Manager with solid experience in people management and scaling teams. The DCO Area Manager will drive the vision for the Data Center Operations within the region. We are looking for an inspiring leader capable to drive experienced managers. The ideal candidate would have a background in IT Infrastructure, Data Centers or worked for the industrial manufacturing domain (aircraft, automobiles, consumer electronics, heavy machinery... list not exhaustive) or Military. The company's infrastructure consists of various custom built and off-the-shelf applications operating on a variety of platforms and other major technologies. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of 70+ people on a 24/7 rotating shift across multiple Data Centers in central Ohio. You should be familiar with Problem Change & Incident Management, creating & tracking expenditure, continuously design and implement new mechanisms. The role includes mentoring, developing and growing people in all levels, supporting Infrastructure projects and proposing technical solutions that are scalable. ### Key job responsibilities - Team management of experienced Data Center Managers leading Data Center Technicians.
