## Job description

This Principal PM-T will own the overall Premium Ads CX strategy for North American Stores, which includes a major ads revenue opportunity, direct experiment ownership, and cross-org (NAS
- Ads) scope.

In H1 2026, we partnered with the Stores Monetization team to prioritize a Stores
- Ads initiative to (1) design new elevated brand-forward placements, (2) deep dive on the drivers of low ads penetration for Stores Premium Brands, and (3) propose a go-big plan to experiment with fully sponsored and hybridized brand-forward Premium ads placements in H2’26.

This Principal PM-T will own the H2 experimentation plan, with dedicated 20+ tech resources from NAS
- Ads. They will also own the go-big 2027 OP plan.

This PMT will define how Amazon monetizes Premium brand relationships- a net-new revenue category that doesn't exist today. This Principal PM-T is expected to drive one of biggest contributions of incremental Premium Impressions/Glance Views, directly driving Premium Units/CP, while simultaneously driving new ads monetization.
