In this pivotal role, you will drive critical business decisions through innovative financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and collaborative problem-solving that directly impacts our global entertainment platform. As a Finance Manager on the Prime Video FP&A team, you will partner closely with business and finance leaders to lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across a complex, fast-moving global business. You will translate operating trends into clear financial narratives, identify risks and opportunities, and develop scalable mechanisms that improve decision-making across monthly close, quarterly guidance, and annual planning cycles. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to balance attention to detail with strong business judgment. This is an opportunity to shape the financial story of Prime Video, influence senior stakeholders, and help build the mechanisms that support our long-term growth. ### Key job responsibilities Design innovative financial solutions that streamline processes and automate recurring work Develop comprehensive financial models that translate complex data into actionable business insights Execute precise financial close processes using advanced analytical tools and techniques Build strong cross-functional partnerships through clear, compelling communication of financial strategies Adapt quickly to evolving business needs, providing nuanced financial guidance during dynamic scenarios ### A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic financial analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact decision-making. You will dive deep into complex financial and operational data, translate results into clear narratives, and partner closely with Finance and business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and actions. You may lead a forecast review in the morning, work with partner teams to understand a developing business trend in the afternoon, and prepare insights for senior leadership later that day. Across monthly close, quarterly guidance, and annual planning, you will help bring clarity to a fast-moving global business while building mechanisms that make our planning and reporting more scalable, accurate, and actionable. ### About the team We are a collaborative, forward-thinking finance team that supports Prime Video’s global business and leadership team. ### Our work extends beyond financial reporting we are strategic partners who connect operating decisions to financial outcomes, helping shape the future of entertainment, content, and technology.
