We are seeking talented engineers who can take ownership, eager to learn and self-motivated. The successful candidate shall follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. They need to adapt to fast and constantly changing environment and will require shift work including weekend and holiday. Key job responsibilities The responsibilities include: - 7x24 roster duty in data center operations - Incident first responder and onsite hands on support - Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline - Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline - Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline - Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas - Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency ### About the team AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
