Every day, our network moves tens of thousands of GoCarts between fulfillment, sortation, and repair sites, and every one of those moves is a promise, that the right GoCarts show up at the right site before it runs short. When that promise is at risk, the GoCarts scheduling team is the one that catches it. We're good at catching. We need a Program Manager to help us build for the day we don't have to. GoCarts scheduling is the layer that keeps the network solvent in reusable assets. We own the proactive planning that places GoCarts before sites feel the gap, the reactive intervention that resolves shortages in real time, and — this is the part that matters — the mechanisms that make those interventions unnecessary. Our hardest problems aren't scheduling problems. They're throughput, visibility, and signal problems, and we're moving the whole program from reactive execution to proactive, data-driven decision-making. In this role you will: Own outcomes, not status decks. Build mechanisms, not workarounds. Automate what you touch.
