The primary responsibilities of this role involve supporting the investments team across portfolio reporting and analysis, compliance monitoring, asset allocation research, and oversight of external managers. The associate will contribute to idea generation, help maintain and improve reporting frameworks, and support ongoing process improvements that strengthen the team's operational foundation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their investments career to gain broad exposure across fixed income, portfolio management, and institutional investment operations at one of the world's most dynamic companies. The successful candidate will work alongside seasoned investment professionals and play a meaningful role in shaping how Amazon manages its investment portfolios. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at balancing multiple competing priorities. This role involves working closely with banking counterparties and external investment managers to develop existing relationships and establish new ones as needed. The position requires someone comfortable with significant cross-functional collaboration across teams within Treasury and with business partners in Accounting, Legal, and Tax.
