Key job responsibilities ### The Role Be part of the team defining the system level architecture of Leo’s broadband wireless system from customer end points to terrestrial gateways via Low Earth Orbit satellites. This is a unique opportunity to help define a next-generation wireless PHY solution with minimal legacy constraints. The team focuses on physical layer system design, including waveform optimization, modulation and coding strategies, MIMO, synchronization, channel estimation, equalization, and link adaptation under realistic channel conditions. Responsibilities also include PHY performance modeling and simulation, link budget analysis, spectral efficiency optimization, interference mitigation, and development of top-level wireless system architecture aligned with hardware and real-time implementation constraints.
