The team partners across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting to deliver accurate, timely consolidated views of financial performance, surface risk, and support planning decisions at pace. The team's scope is broad and actively evolving as it modernizes how consolidated reporting gets done. We are looking for a Finance Manager to drive consolidated financial reporting and analysis for the Consolidations team. This person will deliver the consolidated financial views that senior NACF leaders depend on weekly — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness across a high-velocity reporting cycle. They will write clear variance narratives, planning memos, and leadership updates under deadline pressure, and support senior leadership/VP reviews with sharp analysis and backup materials. They will translate complex financial data into plain language that non-finance partners can act on, build strong cross-functional relationships across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting, and harmonize competing stakeholder views on numbers or narrative to drive consensus.
