We are looking for a Senior Manager of Learning and Development to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development, onboarding, and compliance programs that shape how this growing workforce builds capability and performs at its best. In this role, you will own the leadership development architecture for AHS, the enterprise onboarding and compliance program strategy, and the measurement framework that demonstrates learning impact across all business lines. You will lead a team of program managers, learning designers, and measurement specialists to build scalable development experiences. ### This is a compelling time to join as AHS grows rapidly following acquisition, we need a leader who can accelerate leadership development and help integrate our workforce into Amazon's ways of working.
