Operations Engineer II - AMZ26152.4

### Location

Austin, TX

### Multiple Positions Available
- Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for significant milestones and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule.
- Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building/MHE equipment drive continuous improvement.
- Lead RME input for development of Building templates specification and site specific composites.
- Lead continuous improvement for all new buildings/retrofits including cross functional collaboration with design and construction, change management and procurement.
- Support construction and launch execution teams leveraging discussions with vendors and other departments representatives.
- Integrate RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) policies and deliverables into the launch plans and provide guidance and direction to other departments to cascade this into the designs, contract and commissioning phases.
- Capture lessons-learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches.
- Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
- Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $76600 - $114900)
