At a high level, the team builds products that are curated solutions allowing customers to operate their applications. We have an exciting charter for 2026 and beyond to delight our customers and build observability solutions for their traditional and agentic workloads. We are looking for engineers who are enthusiastic about giving customers the best experience and are passionate about solving customers’ business needs, at AWS scale. As an experienced engineer on the team, you will work closely with the engineering staff, product managers, and UX designers across the team, as well as interact directly with customers. You will play a key role in defining the technology strategies of our product, be a technical leader and force-multiplier in the team. You will have the unique opportunity to build, influence, and shape new AWS services.
